Brian feels the most important part of the business is its employees, who are proud to be part of a well respected organization with a fine reputation. Brian has  2 children. He enjoys spending his time with his family camping, hiking, and snowboarding.

Devin was born and raised in Springfield, OR. He worked in the timber industry for over 20 years before starting his own business. Devin has over 20 years experience doing residential tree work. He is a fan of all things sports. In his off time, he enjoys being in the outdoors and spending time with his wife Jessica and two children, Darian and Luke.

JESSICA DEMARCE
Internal Operations
Jessica was born and raised in Springfield, OR. She and Devin have been married for 25 years and have two children, Darian and Luke. Jessica is a Sales Operations Manager at Quantum Inc. and has worked at Quantum for the past 20 years. She enjoys camping, traveling, volunteering, spending time with her family and watching her kids play sports. It is her life's goal for her and Devin to own their own property on several acres surrounded by beautiful mountains and more importantly, family.
